DriveTech possess a structured Training Department with Senior Trainers located throughout the UK and all trainers have a minimum DSA ADI and Fleet Trainer registrations, along with RoSPA gold Advanced Driving qualifications.

With continued growth since the start, DriveTech have recruited salaried trainers from within its team of consultants or have identified those individuals with experience, specialist skills or management experience within the Driver Training industry.

All consultant trainers undergo a selection process followed by a thorough induction programme of a minimum of five days for trainers already on the Fleet register through to ten days for those ADI's wishing to attain the DSA Fleet Registration qualification. The Induction Programme will introduce DriveTech's trainers manual, the policies and paperwork, up to date training techniques, assessment drives and commentary driving.

These DSA accredited courses are held for those trainers selected and wishing to supply training courses to our clients. The policy of selecting trainers to attend the course allows us to regulate the number of trainers to the volume of business, therefore we can confidently provide business to those trainers starting out in Fleet Training. Through monitoring and support from Senior Trainers we are able to build good relationships with our consultants and provide additional training where necessary and at no extra cost.
