Developed in collaboration with leading inter-active learning system provider, Futuremedia plc, our e-learning courses offer the following benefits.

• on-line, desk-based, low entry cost training capability
• exploits state-of-the-art animated simulation techniques, and video clips where appropriate, to bring training content and message to life
• inter-active capability allows the course delegate to determine speed of course delivery
• can be used as a training tool after undertaking a driver risk assessment

Low speed parking and manoeuvring collisions are often the largest cause of damage costs that organisations face.

Our on-line course, called 'Room for Manoeuvre', looks at:

• the perils of parking in a number of different locations
• how to avoid returning to a damaged car
• tips and techniques for reducing the risk of collision during a parking manoueuvre.

The course uses animation techniques to visualise parking manoeuvres and provides an on-screen commentary to help the course delegate identify and avoid potential risks, while parking in bays or parallel parking.

The Speed Awareness e-learning course utilises the lessons learnt from the Thames Valley Speed Awareness Scheme that DriveTech has delivered since 2003.

The on-line course includes:

• inter-active questions
• driving animation
• video footage demonstrating impact speeds
• an explanation of the circumstances of an actual road collision where excessive speed was a key factor
• test questionnaire

It takes the course delegate through a 'journey of discovery' so that the consequences of driving above the speed limit are clearly understood.
