DriveTech is runner up in Bank of Scotland Corporate 'Entrepreneur of the Year' Grand Finale13th December 2007
Chris Howell, Chairman and Founder of DriveTech said “This is a fantastic achievement for the entire DriveTech team. We have put a lot of sweat and tears into developing our new learner driver programme and we’re truly excited by the opportunities that lie ahead. Too many young people die on our roads; we want to make a difference and we’re delighted that our new programme is being supported by the Bank of Scotland Corporate who will enable us to speed up our entry into this market.” The winner of the grand finale was Daisy Communications. The three other finalists were Parkfresh, Iris Worldwide and Tyrrells Potato Chips. The grand prize was awarded after a gruelling round of discussions by a panel of industry experts, which included Sir Philip Green, Chief Executive of Bank of Scotland Corporate Peter Cummings, Cahal Dowds Partner of Deloitte, and Sunday Times Business Editor John Waples.
