Better driving means better business

29 April 2008

DriveTech is using the opportunity of exhibiting at the Fleet Business Show (The Business Design Centre, Islington, London on April 29 and 30) to re-iterate its commitment to the DfT’s ‘Driving for Better Business’ programme, which aims to publicise best practice in the area of occupational driver risk management.

The ‘Driving for Better Business’ programme, administered by RoadSafe, extols the virtues of organisations running tailored driver risk management programmes through identifying ‘business champions’ which have experienced the benefits for themselves and are willing to stand up and be counted. These ‘business champions’ are then used as the focus for case studies, and are often called upon to speak at conferences and be at the disposal of the media.

One of the early business champions to lend its weight to the programme was DriveTech client BSkyB.

“We fully support the aims and objectives of the Driving for Better Business programme” said DriveTech Managing Director, Jim Kirkwood. “In fact we are hoping to persuade a number of other DriveTech clients to become champions for the cause.”

DriveTech can be found on stand M67 at the Fleet Business Show.
