DriveTech pleased to be exhibiting at Safety & Health Expo London again, in June 2019
One of the largest events in the annual Safety and Health professionals’ calendar must surely be Safety and Health Expo (or “SHE” for short) being held at ExCeL London 18-20 June 2019.
It is one of Europe’s leading health and safety events, and allows visitors to source solutions across occupational health, wellbeing, PPE, site and road safety. DriveTech have really enjoyed attending this event in previous years and will be exhibiting again this year. As well as sourcing the most innovative and many market-leading health and safety products and services on the market, visitors can benefit from 75+ CPD-accredited seminar sessions, enjoy valuable networking opportunities and more.
DriveTech will be on stand SH1865, and exhibiting its comprehensive range of occupational driver risk management services including new improved eLearning assessment and learning modules designed to support driver risk identification before its too late. DriveTech staff will be able to demonstrate through case study information from real client analysis, how the cost of collisions can be reduced (thus reducing business costs – explicit and
hidden) though a range of driver training interventions – on road, online and in workshops.
In addition, the popular Whitepaper series will be embellished with the addition of “Autonomous vehicles – will they be safer and where does this leave the ‘driver’?” – a view on the pace of development towards the vision of driverless vehicles and how this might need some in depth considerations and a paradigm shift in the way we build and operate road networks into the future, how vehicle ownership might change along with the necessary insurance and underwriting of risk, and how we must ensure that driver education and driver training is not dismissed or ignored in the meantime.
Commenting on the DriveTech presence Colin Paterson, Head of Marketing, said:
“Safety & Health Expo is a truly enormous show and attracts really informed and high calibre decisionmakers in occupational health and safety – many with an inspiring duty of care commitment to their driving communities and an interest in seeking professional training and management support. Running alongside a range of other complimentary shows including The Facilities Show, IFSEC International, FIREX and the Field Service Management Expo means that the time on site at ExCeL in London can be really well utilised and this boosts the visitor traffic substantially.”
