How do I log in?

Please follow the link in your welcome email. You will be presented with a login screen on the HALO platform. Use the username and password provided in your welcome email.

 

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link on the log-in screen, and by following the on-screen instructions.

New passwords must be:
8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * – _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , ? / ` ~ ” ( ) ; .

 

I’ve not received a welcome email. What do I do?

My personal details are incorrect. How do I update them?

You can update your personal details by clicking on your user name in the top right hand corner of the HALO platform. This opens a drop down menu where you can view your own profile and amend it accordingly.

 

My screen looks different to the user guide – what do I do?

There will be some differences between the guides and the live platform as it is constantly being improved. We are endeavouring to keep the guides updated in line with the live platform. If you’re unsure what to do, please contact Drivetech via email on fleet.customersupport@drivetech.co.uk

How do I see my driver’s details?

Please refer to this section on our HALO User Guide which documents how to ‘View All Users’ from the Manager Dashboard.

This functionality is not yet available. For now, Drivetech can update details on your behalf. Please email us on fleet.customersupport@drivetech.co.uk

My video module won’t load

Please check for internet connectivity and speed. If you are accessing the module on a mobile device please access the e-learning where possible via a good WiFi connection or 4G.

 

Why is my video module not opening?

Your video module will open in a separate window so please allow pop-ups on your browser.

 

I’m struggling to view the video in portrait mode which is locked on my phone. How do I remove the lock?

We agree, so much in fact, on opening the video you will be prompted to turn your phone to landscape. Please watch the entire video in landscape for best experience. Depending on your phone, please see instructions here on how to remove the portrait lock from your device:

Why is my module not showing as complete?

You need to watch the video to the end in order for the module to register as having completed.

 

My video module is showing as ‘complete’ but is still showing on my list with ‘start’ button?

If you video is showing as complete, you have successfully completed this video module – thank you. We have left the video there so should you want to watch it again, it is still available for you.

 

I don’t want to watch 16 EV Co-Driver modules – what do I do?

The first video module that will be assigned to you is Mindset Change. Upon completion of that module, HALO will allocate the other 16 modules. From this point you have 30 days to watch all 16. Once the 30 days has elapsed, HALO will start to send reminder emails. Our recommendation would be to aim to do one video module per day – perhaps more if you have the time.

 

When do I need to complete my modules by?

The completion date for your modules is shown on your user homepage where your modules are listed.

 

Do I have to watch in a certain order?

The EV Video Modules are listed in the recommended order. The content from every module will be useful and relevant to you anyway, helping you to get the best out of driving your EV.

 

What happens when I complete all my tasks?

Good news – you can relax. Congratulations on completing all your tasks. You will receive a notification from Drivetech when further tasks are allocated to help keep you safe on the road.

 

Can I fail tasks or modules?

No. Our tasks are not here for you to fail. The modules assigned to you are designed for educational purposes.

 

Can I use my phone to complete video modules?

Yes, absolutely. Our new HALO platform and the included video modules are compatible with all the latest devices. On opening the video you will be prompted to turn your phone to landscape. Please watch the entire video in landscape for best experience.

 

 

What happens if I leave a video module early?

You need to watch the video to the end in order for the module to register as having completed. We understand urgent things crop up so this is unavoidable. When you are ready to watch the video module again, you will see it marked as ‘In Progress’ on your dashboard. You will be required to watch the video from the start again so we can ensure the full message has been delivered.
